Processing Time & Cut-off
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
- United Kingdom: Standard Shipping 2–4 business days
- European Union: Standard Shipping 5–10 business days, Express Shipping 2–4 business days
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail depending on your location and selected service.
Shipping Costs
- Standard US Shipping: $5.99 (Free for orders over $99)
- Standard UK Shipping: £4.99 (Free for orders over £80)
- Standard EU Shipping: €8.99 (Free for orders over €100)
PO Box / APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Box addresses via USPS. Delivery to APO/FPO military addresses is available but may require additional processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.
Signature on Delivery
For high-value orders (over $150), we may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
Duties and Taxes
International orders (outside the US) may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows "Delivered," ZERA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days at support@zeraeyewear.com with your order number.
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you.
